I tried to place an order but that nasty bitch refused my order because I refused an order that charged $16 shipping…I tried to get my granddaughter to place an order for collagen peptides but she had it shipped to my address but that nasty bitch who works for you refused to send it..I listen to dr Becker and Cindy everyday with a heavy ❤️ heart..please help me
O 6/5/21 at 12:45 PM/PDST I was waiting for an operator to take my phone order as 1st time customer, but after 37 minutes and 21 seconds I hung up. I had just previously spent 23 minutes trying to order on line but this company’s web site is so slow and poorly customer coordinating that after entering my order of 3 liq. black seed oil , 3 bso caps. and a concentrate Noni bottle. my pertinate mailing info. This system would not take my 9x repeated password as it said to me a new customer that my password not acceptable. I followed THEIR proceedure requests and NEVER did get my order input completed. I do extensive internet ordering and this BIO INOVATIONS is the worst consumer (UN)friendly site I have EVER dealt with. STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE.
