Have ordered without issues before, but placed order, priority mail, January 19th, 2019. Order never showed and PW, has ignored my emails. $140 order, you think they could at least respond and work this out.

Very poor support and customer service. They sent me the wrong product, try to change it but not luck after 5 emails. They dont have a phone number, only way can contact them is via website or email but never reply. Order #150204
Bad Experience With PT-141 Product Purchased From Peptides Warehouse
Ordered PT-141 peptide from Peptides Warehouse. Ordered 4 vials, 10 mg each. Delivery was late; not their fault. Customer service sent another 4 vials. Eventually received 8. Contacted P.W. customer service; they said keep the extra 4 vials, no charge.
4 vials labeled 5 mg of PT-141; 4 vials labeled 10 mg PT-141. This was odd. Quality control?
Reconstituted 2 vials. No vacuum in either vial. Sterile? Contents should have been in a vacuum.
Used contents on self and spouse. Made us both violently ill for about 24 hours. Vomited a total of 6 times.
Sent email to customer service. No response. Sent second email. No response. Sent 3rd email to customer service asking for refund. No response.
Product, PT-141 appeared to have been mislabeled (5 mg vs. 10 mg). Odd for a company that advertises good quality control and adherence to industry standards.
No vacuum in 2 vials (other 6 vials unopened). Both vials had no vacuum. Sterile?
Contents made is violently ill. Contaminated? Wrong product? Poor quality control? Don’t know.
We will NOT be doing business with this company again.
