It is an omega-6 unsaturated fatty acid that is essential for the body to function well. This fatty acid can be acquired if you take adequate amounts of linoleic acid in your diet activities. These regulatory molecules are also called eicosanoids, synthesized by most tissues that own a broad range of actions.
