Cataplex E2 is a dietary supplement that is intended to improve heart health. The main ingredients in this supplement are vitamin E and selenium, essential nutrients that play vital roles in regulating biological processes necessary for the proper functioning of the heart.
Vitamin E helps protect against oxidative damage, while selenium supports the body’s glutathione levels, a powerful antioxidant enzyme. Additionally, Cataplex E2 is rich in other antioxidants that support overall health and well-being.

Ingredient Breakdown
Vitamin E: Vitamin E has been shown to increase oxidative resistance in vitro and prevent atherosclerotic plaque formation in mouse models. Consumption of foods rich in vitamin E has been associated with a lower risk of coronary heart disease in middle-aged to older men and women.
Selenium: Selenium is an essential mineral, meaning it must be obtained through your diet. It’s only needed in small amounts but plays a significant role in crucial processes in your body, including your metabolism and thyroid function. Selenium may help keep your heart healthy by keeping oxidative stress in check and reducing your risk of heart disease .
Bovine orchic extract: Orchic extract is made from cow testicles. Some people use it as a source of testosterone, but it is unclear if orchic extract provides testosterone. Orchic extract has been used to maintain healthy testicular function, but no good scientific evidence supports this use.
Calcium lactate: Calcium lactate is a commercially produced food additive used to stabilize, thicken, flavor, firm, or leaven foods. It’s also used in water treatment facilities or added to animal feed, calcium supplements, or pharmaceutical drugs. Calcium-rich diets help lower systolic blood pressure in those with elevated blood pressure. However, there is little benefit among people with normal blood pressure levels.
Spanish moss (Tillandsia usneoides): Tillandsia usneoides (more commonly known as Spanish moss) is a perennial plant with many therapeutic uses as a dietary supplement and herbal remedy for fever, chills, and wound healing.
Bovine spleen: The beef spleen contains specific small proteins called peptides. The top spleen-specific peptides, tuftsin and splenopentin, may stimulate your immune system’s macrophages (infection-fighting white blood cells) to improve overall immunity.
Ovine spleen: Beef spleen is simply the spleen of a cow. In this context, we’re talking about using the spleen as food. In recent times, medical professionals and laypeople have used the spleen and its extract to strengthen the blood, recover from cancer, and prevent autoimmune diseases.
Inositol: Inositol may help control metabolic risk factors by helping lower blood triglyceride levels, blood pressure, and blood sugar. It may also improve cholesterol levels.
Bovine adrenal Cytosol™ extract: Adrenal extract is used for low adrenal function, fatigue, stress, lowered resistance to illness, severe allergies, asthma, certain skin conditions such as eczema and psoriasis, and rheumatoid arthritis.
Organic oat flour: Oat flour contains beta-glucan, which is effective at lowering bad cholesterol and controlling the absorption of bad cholesterol. Studies show that the people with the highest whole grain intake had a 21% less risk of cardiovascular issues than people with the lowest intake.
Ascorbic acid: Ascorbic Acid helps prevent damage to LDL (“bad”) cholesterol, which builds up as plaque in the arteries and can cause a heart attack or stroke. Other studies suggest that vitamin C may help keep arteries flexible.
Suggested Use:
Two tablets per meal or as directed.
