Ephedra Extract: The plant ephedra (ma huang) contains multiple chemical compounds, but the most notable is ephedrine. This molecule impacted several bodily processes and was used as a popular dietary supplement ingredient before being banned in several countries. Ephedrine, a major ephedra component, can increase the calories your body burns. Research has shown this results in greater weight and fat loss over weeks to months, though long-term studies are limited.

Kola Nut Extract: The kola nut is the fruit of the kola tree (Cola acuminata and Cola nitida), indigenous to West Africa. The trees, which reach heights of 40 to 60 feet, produce a star-shaped fruit. Each fruit contains between two and five kola nuts. About the size of a chestnut, this little fruit is packed with caffeine. The kola nut is a cultural staple in many West African countries, prized for its effects as a central nervous system stimulant. People have claimed that kola nut sweetens stagnant water, treats fatigue, and eases hunger pains. Most of these claims should be seen as folklore until proven otherwise.

White Willow Extract: Willow bark, the bark of several varieties of the willow tree, has been used for centuries as a pain reliever. The active ingredient in the medicine made from willow bark is called salicin. Some people use willow bark as an alternative to aspirin, particularly those that experience chronic headaches or back pain. Willow bark is also used in some products to aid weight loss. It also provides mental focus & clarity, lifts mood & promotes feelings of well-being, and boosts cognitive function.

Senegalia Berlandieri Extract: This highly purified plant extract is standardized to 95% phenylethylamines. The four phenylethylamine alkaloids are chemically similar to ephedrine alkaloids. Chemists consider Phenylethylamine (PEA) the top choice of all stimulants because it is structurally clean and because of its ability to elevate the mood and provide an overall sense of well-being. 

2-Aminoisoheptane HCl: 2-Aminoisoheptane HCl is a stimulant that has begun to appear in a range of pre-workout supplements manufactured in countries outside Australia. It is a suitable replacement for AMP Citrate and the banned stimulant DMAA. Due to the similar structure, 2-aminoisoheptane shares similar functions as tuaminoheptane and helps to support energy levels focus, and acts as a potent appetite suppressant. 2-aminoisoheptane is made from two molecules of ammonia and one molecule of is heptane. It is a white powder that is soluble in water. It has a slightly bitter taste. 2-aminoisoheptane is about one-third as potent as DMAA, so it is not as strong as other stimulants but can still provide energy and focus benefits. It is also an effective appetite suppressant.

Green Tea Extract: Green tea is one of the most commonly consumed teas in the world. Green tea extract is concentrated, with just one capsule containing the same active ingredients as an average cup of green tea. Green tea extract may aid weight loss by increasing the calories your body burns through thermogenesis; however, the effect is modest, and it’s unclear whether green tea catechins or caffeine are responsible. High doses of green tea extract are toxic and may lead to severe liver damage.

Theobromine: Theobromine is “a bitter, volatile compound obtained from cacao seeds.” It’s technically an alkaloid compound (meaning a nitrogen-atom-containing chemical) that resembles caffeine and has similar effects. This has yet to be proven in reliable studies. Still, it’s possible, considering it can increase energy levels and reduce bloating and inflammation — meaning it may help control your appetite, support metabolic health and reduce cravings due to fatigue.

Phenylethylamine HCl: Phenethylamine is a chemical found naturally in the body. It can also be made in the laboratory. Phenethylamine is used for athletic performance, depression, weight loss, and to improve mood and attention, but there is no good scientific evidence to support these uses.

Citrus Aurantium Extract: Bitter orange is a citrus fruit with dimpled skin and potent plant compounds extracted and used in various supplements. The plant compounds in bitter orange, called protoalkaloids, have been used for over 20 years in supplements for weight loss, athletic performance, skin care, appetite control, and brain health, as well as perfumery.

Chromium Polynicotinate: Chromium is a mineral found in low doses in many foods. It plays a role in the metabolism of nutrients through its impact on the hormone insulin. Chromium picolinate is the form often found in dietary supplements. Although limited evidence is available, some reports indicate that 600 to 1,000 μg/day of chromium picolinate may help reduce hunger, cravings, and binge eating in some people. Based on current evidence, chromium picolinate is ineffective at producing meaningful weight loss in overweight or obese individuals. It appears to be even less effective in normal-weight individuals, even when combined with exercise.

Directions:

Take 1 caplet three times daily. Stay under 4 caplets in any 24 hours.

Caffeine Warning:

The recommended serving of this product contains approximately as much caffeine as three cups of coffee. Do not consume caffeine or combine it with synephrine from other sources, including but not limited to coffee, tea, soda, and other dietary supplements or medications containing phenylephrine or caffeine. Too much caffeine may cause nervousness, irritability, sleeplessness, and occasionally rapid heartbeat. Discontinue use if you experience dizziness, severe headache, rapid heartbeat, or shortness of breath.
