I started taking this product yesterday . I have a high tolerance so I started at the max 2 pills in the morning , and 2 at separate times early evening . I don’t feel any negative effects jitters , etc .. was able to sleep just fine at night and it is an amazing appetite suppressant .
I just started talking this product (1 pill in the morning after breakfast) as I was excited about finding something with DMAA, however, I do feel anxious and nauseated about an hour after I take it. I’m only on day 2 so I’m hoping my body will adjust. I’ve taken a product with DMAA in the past and had great results. I have high hopes for Hydroxy Elite.
