Anyone of the ingredients on their own would stand on their own. If used safely and with common sense and respect (with anything you put in your body), no worrys. Anything that is 100% safe or dummy proof is snake oil!!! Beer, asprin, tylenol….things you buy OTC or your doc gives you….you need to respect. Somethings takes more common sense/experience; and is too treaky for sum to manage. But your a grown up person who can, who has access to info and can put on your own pants. So I’ve actually done two cycles utilizing this product in the past and went from 155 to 195 in about 3 to 4 months. Stopped using this a while ago and I’m averaging 175 to 185 depending on how I eat. But yes I really do recommend this product, just don’t over use anything you take people. Think smart.
