I ordered the bliss go pack over a year ago. I followed a low carbs, veggies fruits and protein regimen while doing only moderate exercise. Nothing strenuous, kettlebell and stretching. The weight seemed to melt off! I went from a size 12 to a size 6! I have maintained this size for over a year !
